Guys, I just finished Naruto including Shippuden with the dub and WOW. Gotta say, the voice actors really brought the characters to life for me. I know subs are the ogs but can we just appreciate how much emotion and effort goes into dubbing a series like this? It’s not just translating, it’s reliving the characters in a whole new language. MAJOR props to the cast. Also, which dubs caught you by surprise with how good they were?

Believe it! Naruto's dub is my go-to when I just wanna kick back without reading subs. And like, the Pain arc?? Chills. Literally chills when Naruto gives that speech. 'Attack on Titan' had a surprisingly good dub too, felt all of Eren's rage.

Dubbing has come a long way for sure. The nuanced performances in the Naruto dub are testament to that. For a surprisingly good dub, Yu Yu Hakusho takes the cake. The show's old, but the English actors don't just translate, they TRANSFORM the script into something special. Worth checking out if you enjoyed Naruto.

Totally with you on the dub appreciation! Some scenes hit differently with the English VA's, like when Naruto meets his mom, the feels! 🥺 Have you seen Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood dubbed? Another solid work - the emotion in Ed's voice is just 👌
