What's truly fascinating is the psychological depth that Mindhunter brings to the table when exploring these criminal minds. Both Groff and McCallany have brought captivating depth to their roles, and it's clear that a Season 3 could deeply explore themes such as the psychological toll of this line of work. It would be a missed opportunity not to follow through. However, the silence is deafening, and without concrete updates from Netflix or Fincher, one can only hope that the project will be resurrected in the future.

Mindhunter is way too good to not continue. Can we talk about Holden's arc?? And the BTK setup??? I need resolution!!!

Season 3? LOL, you're dreaming! Fincher's moved on to bigger and better things. Let's all just rewatch the first two seasons until our eyes bleed.

The last I heard, Fincher said that Mindhunter was on indefinite hold due to high production costs and his busy schedule. It's a shame because the show is so detailed and well-produced. We might need to start a petition or something to show how much demand there is!
