Imagine if Super Mario Odyssey had more stores other than Crazy Cap...

You would be able to buy a wearable (e.g. a dress from Lochlady's Dress), food (e.g. Tiny's Piroshkis), and many more. Crazy Cap is one of the most dull stores. There are all kingdoms (except Cloud Kingdom and Ruined Kingdom) that have Crazy Cap.

More shops sounds good on paper but imagine the balance issues. Crazy Cap was specifically designed to be your one-stop-shop for local currency stuff. Introducing more would require rethinking the in-game economy. It's a charming idea but tougher to implement than you might think.

I'm down for more variety but not if it affects the pace of the game. Let's be real – Odyssey is great 'cause it keeps you moving. Too many stops to shop and it might slow things down a bit too much.

Exploring's the best part of Odyssey! I'm all in for more stores where you could buy hints for hidden moons or unlock new areas in kingdoms. Could also sell maps or special challenges that aren't just about outfits. It'd give us more to discover without taking away from the existing charm! 🌟

Back in my day we were excited just to jump on goombas and save the princess. Now y'all want a shopping mall experience in your Mario games? lol, I don't get it. But hey, if it makes the game more fun for you, power to ya! Could be neat to have souvenirs from each kingdom.

More stores sound cool but think about speedruns. If stores have unique boosts or items, runs could become more complicated or RNG based depending on what's in stock. Would rather they pump out more DLC kingdoms instead.

I absolutely adore this idea! Playing dress-up with Mario in outfits from around the worlds would be divine! Each kingdom having its own special attire and collectibles would add so much depth. Plus, what if you could customize Peach's attire for those post-game visits? 💖

Honestly, Crazy Cap's got enough variety for me – it's a Mario game, not a shopping simulator. Though I gotta admit, sipping on a drink in Tostarena sounds chill. As long as it doesn't take away from the platforming goodness, I guess.

Would be super cool to have more shops! Like, imagine a food joint in Luncheon Kingdom where you could get power-ups from different dishes. Could give ya temporary boosts like extra speed or jump height. Plus, it'd be a sweet way to see more of the locals' lifestyle, y'know?
