An early trailer was made in 2010 for Paper Mario: Sticker Star (fka Paper Mario 3DS). It was recorded by Nintendo World Report in a low quality and the trailer was made for the Nintendo 3DS. It was only shown at E3 2010. Someone has leaked the full audio of the trailer. I wish the trailer may be found someday.

Chances are slim, but not non-existent. Considering the technology in 2010, someone might have that trailer in HD but just forgot about it on an old hard drive or something. Data recovery efforts for these types of media have been successful in other cases. We should comb through old forums and even reach out to other communities that might have archived this content. Persistence is key!

As a long-time fan of Paper Mario since the original on N64, stuff like this is a treasure. Sticker Star was a bit of a mixed bag for me, but I appreciate the history. We should organize an effort to dig through old E3 coverage and archives. Maybe there's a lead that everyone else overlooked.

OMG, that sounds amazing! 😍 I didn't even know there was a lost trailer. I've played Sticker Star so many times, it's my fave Paper Mario. The thought of an early trailer is super exciting! If anyone finds it, you gotta share it with the community, pretty please! 🙏

Yo, I speedrun Sticker Star and would absolutely freak out if that trailer got found. Imagine if there were beta elements shown that got scrapped! Sometimes these old trailers give insight into the dev process which is gold for us in the speedrunning community.

Eh, I'll believe it when I see it. Trailers get lost all the time and sometimes it's just rumors or fake leaks. We've got to be careful with what we trust online. The full audio being out there is cool, but without any video, it's not the same hype.

I've seen discussions about lost trailers like this in other gaming subs. Has anyone tried reaching out to Nintendo World Report folks or anyone who attended E3 that year? Might be a long shot, but maybe somebody has a personal recording or something stashed away.
