Having played SV for years, I've discovered the most efficient way to maximize profits and complete community center bundles is by strategically planning your farming efforts. Here's what I've found works best:
Spring: Plant cauliflower. It grows well in spring and yields the most gold. Spend the rainy days mining and try to reach level 40 before summer.
Summer: Blueberries or starfruit if you've access to desert. Plant on day 1, always. Fish when you can't water more crops.
Fall: Cranberries and pumpkins. Cranberry harvest can be stored and made into jam during the winter.
Winter: Make a lot of winter seeds, farm winter roots. Go for the skull cavern and farm iridium to upgrade your tools.
Also don't forget to always pet your animals and get those hardwoods every day. We often ignore little money makers, but in the end, they all add up!
