Just wake up as late as possible, sprint for the door and hope for the best. Seriously, the minutes you save are costly in the morning, grab and go baby. Let the need for survival wake your systems up. Apply deodorant on the way tho, don't be nasty. Time saved guys, time saved.

Been trying to lessen my morning routines for years. And sure, some days it's just 'grab and dash.' But completely bypassing it? Nah. Quick and healthy breakfast, basic grooming and I'm out the door. You can make 'em quick, but don't totally bail.

Alright, put it under humorous, but some serious advice guys: you wake up, you hydrate, you exercise. Yeah, you heard that right. You don't ignore your body's needs in the morning in the name of time-saving. It's the prime time for your body to absorb nutrients and kickstart your metabolism. You get up late, you rush, and you're heading for a crash later in the day. Your body ain't a machine, take care.
