VR Gaming Studio set for Alpha Testing

Hey future players! Me and my team have been workin' on a VR game that’s gonna blow your socks off. It's sword fighting meets puzzles in a fantasy world. We developed our own motion capture to keep things as real as it gets. Alpha testing starts next week and we need feedback to polish this gem. Hit me up if you're all about that VR life and wanna get early access. Let's change the game together!

lol everyone and their grandma is developing a VR game these days. Bet it'll be just another wave of glitchy indie releases that will drown in the Steam abyss.

Hey @SwordPuzzleFanatic, I got in on another game alpha from these devs. Usually, they send a DM with a survey form to fill out. Check ur inbox. For those wondering about the motion capture... it's legit. They had a booth at VXCon last year showcasing it, almost 1:1 movement w/ haptic feedback. Stoked to see how they've implemented it into this new game.

Skeptical about 'own motion capture' tech. Seen too many devs bite off more than they can chew. What's setting yours apart? Gotta see it to believe it.

Bruh, your link's busted, just loads to a blank page. Y'all really doing quality checks, cuz this ain't a great start... I won't hold it against the game though, hope it's not indicative of the alpha. Fix it and maybe we'll give this 'socks blowing' experience a shot.

Seems like the link is broken. Hit us with a new one or some other way to connect... BTW, will the alpha include different environments or just a single level? And the motion cap you mentioned, I'm curious about the tech. I've been in VR dev myself, seen too many 'real as it gets' claims fall flat. Prove me wrong, though, super down for that!

Link's not working for me. Might wanna check that. Really interested in the puzzle aspect - what level of difficulty are we looking at? And how does the sword fighting tie-in? Is it more logic-based puzzles or physical ones that'll have us swinging our arms around?

Did the link get spammed or what? Hope it isn't anything sketchy lol. But for real, a VR game with swords and puzzles sounds insane. Definitely into trying it out, got any more deets? Like what kinds of puzzles or swordplay mechanics we talkin' about?

What games do you offer?

Sword fighting and puzzles in VR isn't a novel idea, but these guys seem to have a fresh take with their custom motion capture work. As a dev, I'm curious about the tech behind it. Proper mocap could make or break the fluidity of combat and puzzle-solving interactions. If they nail it, they’ll set a new standard. Definitely keeping an eye out for what comes next.

Y'all are missing the big picture. This could be the start of something awesome. A VR game that mixes sword combat with puzzles? That's not just run-of-the-mill fluff. We're talking a new experience here. If they've put real effort into the motion capture, we could be looking at a seriously immersive fantasy world. I'm stoked to see where this goes and what else they'll roll out after this!

Just one game in alpha lol. They talk a big game for a studio that hasn't released anything yet. I mean, motion capture is cool and all, but the proof is in the pudding. Let's see if it lives up to the hype.

Dude, right now they've got this one sword fighting puzzle game they're hyping. Sounds like it's their flagship project. Motion capture tech and all that jazz. Alpha's coming up, but no word on other games yet. Bet if this one's a hit, we'll see more coming from em.

Your game sounds like it's straight out of Sword Art Online, and I'm HERE for it! Capturing realistic movements for sword fighting is key, so many games get it wrong. Eager to feel how precise your motion capture tech is. Count me in for alpha testing!

Seen plenty of startups promise the moon and deliver a pile of space junk. I'll give it a go but keep your hype in check, folks. Gamers see through fluff real quick.

I live for puzzles! If you can make them challenging and integrate them well with the swordplay, you've got a winner. Make sure your alpha isn't just about ironing out bugs but also about balancing gameplay. Keep me posted!

Gonna blow my socks off? Hope it doesn't blow the headset off my face, because that's the real dealbreaker, ain't it? 😂

Finally, a new fantasy VR world to explore! Tired of the same old scenarios. I'm super curious about the puzzles element - hope it's not just a hack and slash deal. Looking forward to see how you mix the two genres!

Developed your own motion capture tech? That's a bold claim, lads. I've seen established studios struggle with that. Happy to put it through its paces and give you some real tech feedback, not just gaming experience. Hit me up.
