Pet lovers! Meet the prototype of CuddleCompanion 🐾

Hi peeps! So thrilled to share what I've been up to! 🤗 I've been working on this little gadget, CuddleCompanion.

The idea is to give pet owners a break while keeping pets happy. This circular device mimics human petting with a soft robotic arm, equipped with pet-safe materials and sensors that adapt to your pet's preferred pressure points for optimal 'cuddles'.

Still hashing out the deets, especially with pet safety and comfort. Would LUV some thoughts! Does this sound like something that'd make your life easier?

Wow, super interested! Will it have features to adjust for different types of fur, like thick fur vs. thin? Got a fluffy one at home who might benefit from this, especially during shedding season!

Gadgets are fine and dandy, but nothing beats coming home to a wagging tail and giving your pup some genuine head pats. I'll stick to the classics thanks.

just checked out your prototype pics, looking sleek! wondering if there's a way to customize the 'petting' patterns? like if my pup loves ear scratches, can it do that? full support for your project, keep it up!!

From a veterinary perspective, I'm curious about the considerations you've made regarding hygiene. It's vital that any components that come into contact with the animal be easily cleanable or replaceable to prevent the spread of pathogens. Also, sensor accuracy over time should be monitored to ensure that the device remains responsive to the changing behaviors or health conditions of pets.

idk man, isn't petting part of the bond between you and your pet? Feels like a gadget can't replace that 🤔

This gadget sounds adorable! I just got my first kitten, and I want him to feel loved even when I'm at work. Keep us posted, I'm interested!

Huge potential here if executed right! Pet tech is a growing field. How does it differentiate pressure points between different pets, e.g., a Maine Coon vs a Chihuahua? Also, data security is crucial, especially if you plan on app integration for settings or monitoring. Battery life is another aspect. Keep innovating!

Sounds cool but I got 2 questions – does it work for cats and dogs the same? And what if my furball decides it's a chew toy instead of a cuddle buddy lol. Keep posting updates!
