Just launched a pet-sitting app!

hey everyone, just wanted to share that I launched my first app, PawsPlace! It's for pet-sitting, think like Uber but for watching pets lol. Anyone here into that? Would love some feedback or if you got tips for reaching pet owners, hit me up!

Congrats on the launch! Remember, retention is as important as acquisition. Engage early adopters with referral programs and keep iterating on user feedback. Maybe start a blog with pet care tips to drive organic traffic to your site. As for reaching pet owners, influencer partnerships can be gold. Find popular pet accounts and collaborate.

Uber for pets, what's next? Tinder for dogs? Good luck getting cats into this.

Professional sitter here. It's great seeing new apps in the space! Make sure you have good insurance policies and support for sitters and owners. Also, consider attending pet expos to network and promote your app.

So I guess my cat can order a sitter now when I'm gone? Lol, just kidding. But really, how's this different from Rover or Wag? Sell me on it.

This sounds awesome, can't wait to try it out when I travel next month! Maybe create an insta page with cute pet pics to attract attention?

Nice one! I do a bit of pet sitting myself, and I'm curious about the pricing model you're using. Competitive rates are key in this gig economy. Good luck!

Cool idea! Will there be background checks for sitters? IMHO that's critical for trust. Also, look into targeted FB ads; pet owner groups are super active there.

Just downloaded PawsPlace and it looks promising! Really love the interface. Maybe you can partner with local pet stores or vet clinics to promote it?
