Traveling to Serbia, need suggestions!

Hey everyone, I'll be in Serbia for a week in May. What are some must-see places? I'm landing in Belgrade but I want to see as much as I can. Also, what's the one food I absolutely cannot miss? Hvala unapred!

For a true taste of Serbian culture, don't miss out on the Village Museum in Sirogojno and the ancient monasteries, like Studenica. It's a deep dive into the rich Serbian heritage. And for food? Ćevapi with some kajmak on the side 👌🏼

Lol why even leave Belgrade, everything outside is just cornfields and sheep. Jk, jk. Nis is pretty cool if you're into skulls and stuff. Ottomans left their mark if you know what I mean.

Can't stress this enough, but Stari Grad in Belgrade is so rich in history. And if you're a fan of architecture, you'll love the mix of old and modern. For food, ajvar is not a meal, but you'll want to put it on everything!

If you're up for a bit of a drive, head to Tara National Park, the views are stunning and the air is so fresh. Also Zlatibor and Mokra Gora are beautiful. Have fun!

Belgrade's nightlife is legendary. Hit the splavs (floating river clubs) for a night out you won't forget. During the day, Kalemegdan fortress and the Tesla museum are pretty cool.

You've GOT to try ćevapi dude. It's like the unofficial national dish. And get yourself some rakija, it'll warm you right up!

If you’re going to be in Serbia, make sure you visit Novi Sad, it's a beautiful city and the Petrovaradin Fortress is a must-see! Also stop by Subotica, the art nouveau architecture is out of this world. As for food, don't miss out on trying sarma, it's a game changer!
