Structured Reports for Violations

For anyone interested, I’ve started compiling a structured template for reports. It includes sections for documenting evidence, user grievances, and potential rule-breaks. I think this could help streamline the report process and offer a clearer narrative for mods and admins. If anyone wants a copy or to offer improvements, let me know; let's make our reports more impactful!

Good idea on paper, but will mods actually bother to read more in-depth reports? If they do, then it’s totally worth creating a more robust documentation process.

FINALLY, a tool to make our voices heard! I've always thought reports should be like filing a mini case. Details and order can actually make a difference. Send me the template as soon as you can!

Be careful with how much info you're collecting... don't want this turning into a way for mods to just ban ppl without reason. Clarity is good but let's not go overboard now.

Why all this fuss over reporting? Back in the day, you’d just flag a post, write a quick note, and let mods deal with it. Do we really need all this extra paperwork?

Hey, can you explain more about how this template works? It sounds interesting, like what specific sections do you have for evidence or grievances? I think a flowchart could assist too, just a thought.

Sounds cool, but I doubt mods even care half the time. Worth a shot tho?

Nice! It’s about time someone streamlined this mess. Reporting subs often has a bad rep because people ramble without structure. Templates give mods clear evidence without the junk. I’ve got some drafted guidelines that could slot into your sections if you’re interested.

This sounds like a great idea! How do I get a copy of the template? I'm always lost on how to report effectively.
