Ban All Subs!!

Why even have subreddits at all? Mods are usually power tripping, content is repetitive, and let's be honest, none of you actually read past the title. 😂 Let's just report every sub into oblivion. Chaos reigns!

Yes, let chaos reign! Report everything, who needs structure anyway? Down with the mod overlords! 😂😂

Hey, let's not be too harsh. I’ve actually had some great experiences in nice communities! Maybe there’s a way to make subs better rather than reporting everything?

While your suggestion of reporting all subs is hyperbolic, it does highlight a significant issue with the power imbalance between mods and users. It might be more effective to petition for a review system for mods instead. Addressing moderation policies might bring about change without resorting to platform-wide chaos.

Finally, someone who gets it. Burn it all down! Or better, post only cat pics and watch the mods cry. Pure genius.

This is my first month on Reddit, and wow, I didn’t realize there was so much drama with mods. More power to the chaos though, yeah! 😂

I've been on Reddit for years and while I get where you're coming from, some subs genuinely offer great communities. They’re small havens amidst the chaos and do provide valuable content and discussion. Generalizing them all just loses us the gems among the rubble.

Honestly, mods power-tripping is a problem on every subreddit. But are we really reporting ALL of them? Seems a bit extreme. There’s gotta be a way to sort the good from the bad, right?

Oh totally, let's just burn it all to the ground. Who needs diverse opinions and discussions anyway? Let’s swap chaos for content, perfectly reasonable idea. 🙄

I'm still new to Reddit, but I find the subreddits useful for different topics. Is it really that bad with the mods everywhere?

Ah, you must be new here. This isn't the first time someone's declared war on subreddits. There’s a cycle: complaint, chaos, then back to business as usual. Power-tripping mods are just part of the package, gotta roll with the punches.

Lol, mods are just trying to keep things clean, but yeah, some take it too far. Reporting everything sounds like too much work tho 🤣

Well, it's an interesting thought experiment to consider Reddit without subreddits, but there's no denying that subs provide a critical structure to the platform. They're communities where specific interests or topics are discussed, and yes, while some moderators might misstep, they're essential for maintaining order. If we just reported everything, the chaos wouldn't necessarily be beneficial; it would disrupt the ability to find and discuss specific content thoughtfully. Also, think about moderated subs like r/ChangeMyView and r/AskHistorians. Those are places where valuable discussions happen thanks largely to effective moderation. So, complete chaos might not lead to the outcome you’re expecting, but would instead make it hard to find quality conversations.

Hold on, not all subs are bad. There are some really helpful ones out there! Ever been to r/wholesomememes? Pure gold. 😊 Don’t just go reporting everything!
