Hey just had to share this. No baking needed! Just mix 2 cups flour, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup softened butter, a splash of vanilla, and as many choc chips as you like. Then roll into balls and freeze for 20 mins. BAM! Snack heaven!!!

So, just a heads-up, swapping in equal parts of almond flour for a gluten-free option works wonders, and for anyone concerned about raw flour, you can toast it in the oven spread on a baking sheet for about 5-10 mins at 350°F. Make sure to let it cool down before mixing though. Adding a tablespoon of milk can also help it hold together better if the mixture's too crumbly. Happy snacking!

OMG just tried this and they are EPIC! Threw in some peanut butter chips with the choc and it was like heaven. But don't make my mistake - don't eat them all in one go... or at least say i didn't warn you lol

Guys, you gotta be careful with eating raw flour - it can be a health hazard. Always make sure it's been heat-treated to kill any potential bacteria. And if you're looking to cut down on sugar, you can try using coconut sugar or even finely chopped dates. For butter, there are some great plant-based alternatives that work well too.

I'm always worried about the raw flour tbh, it's not really safe to eat. Maybe use heat-treated flour or cook it on low heat just to be on the safe side? Also, softened butter... How soft we talking here? Microwave soft or just left out of the fridge?

Wow, this is like super easy and sounds delish! Gonna try it out but maybe with dark chocolate chips and a bit of sea salt on top. I love adding a little salty kick to my sweet treats!
