Just caught my kid pretending to be Mr. Rogers...

So I just walked into my kid's room and found him talking to his teddies like Mr. Rogers would do in his neighbourhood. I must say I was impressed. Has anyone else's kid started acting out their favourite PBS Kids characters? Share your funny stories below!

Hahaha, kids are so fun!! My lil brother did the same lol, he drew spots all over himself to be like the Leap from LeapFrog Games! 😂 I thought it was crazy, but mum was ROFL. Good times!!! 😆😆😆

Uhhh, try having a sis who thinks she's WordGirl. Won't shut up about 'vocabulary' and keeps trying to 'fly'. 🙄

Interesting... Not to judge but I just don't get the PBS Kids thing. Anyone mind explaining why it's so great? Seems like simple cartoons to me...

That's so precious! Out of the blue, my son started calling himself 'Caillou' and even shaved his head one summer to look like him! I nearly had a heart attack seeing him with a razor but he was just using the safe side 😅 Memories, huh...

Oh, how sweet. My grandson does the same with Clifford the Big Red Dog. He has a big red teddy and he pretends it's Clifford. Warms my heart every time ❤️

Really fun to watch those moments, isn't it? I was lucky enough to see my toddler play Elmo from Sesame Street. She had one of her mom's red scarfs wrapped around like Elmo's fur, it was cute and hilarious at the same time 😂

Sounds absolutely delightful! Reminds me of my own daughter when she started acting out scenes from Dinosaur Train using her toys. Nothing quite like the imagination of a child... :)

Haha that's adorable! My 5-year-old loves Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood. He got a little red hoodie and now he insists on wearing it everyday, pretending he's Daniel Tiger. 🤣
