Zuma's hovercraft on land is like the LEAST surprising thing in PAW Patrol. They got trucks turning into robots and backpacks that spit out gear for every possible scenario. The hovercraft moving on land is just PAW Patrol business as usual.

In the PAW Patrol universe, it is established that Zuma's hovercraft is an amphibious vehicle. The hovercraft uses its propellers to create lift, allowing it to traverse both land and water. In the episode 'Pups Save the Penguins', you can clearly see Zuma's hovercraft gliding on the ice and snow, which demonstrates its all-terrain capabilities.

It's not just a one-time thing. Zuma's hovercraft has been seen moving on land in a few episodes. Paw Patrol's gadgets and vehicles often have these extra capabilities because it adds to the excitement and unpredictability of their rescues. So while it may not be the hovercraft's primary mode of transport, it's definitely equipped for land when needed.

Zuma's hovercraft is definitely capable of moving on land, it's one of the cool features that make it versatile in a bunch of situations! The hovercraft uses its fans to create a cushion of air, which means it can glide over both water and land surfaces. You'll definitely see it happening in various episodes since it helps Zuma get to places where other vehicles can't go. They don't emphasize it much, but it's a neat detail for sure.
