It's critical nowadays to educate kids on emergency preparedness. Introducing concepts of weather safety through beloved characters is a smart move. I think there should also be a clear message on the importance of heeding warnings from local authorities during adverse weather conditions.

Skye again? The show really likes to give her the spotlight. Comes off a bit repetitive to me. Sure, it's a decent premise for an episode but wouldn't it be more surprising if a less-used pup played the hero for once? I like Marshall and Rubble's involvement, though.

This idea has legs. Detailed weather equipment like anemometers and barometers would make for great educational content. Kids could learn specifics about how storms are measured and classified. But here's a thought, what if the storm also affects Adventure Bay's power grid? The pups could then not only focus on physical safety but also on resourcefulness when tech goes down. Maybe Rocky gets a more significant role in fixing the grid?
