Technically speaking, if you compare the capabilities of each based on the show's canon, the Mighty Jet is an upgrade in every sense - it's equipped with resources meant for super-powered pups and an advanced command center. The Air Patroller was revolutionary when it first appeared, no doubt there, but it simply doesn't have the upgrades to match the modern requirements of a 'Mighty' mission. However, they haven't phased it out, which indicates its lasting importance in the PAW Patrol fleet!

Air Patroller, no question. It's what they started with and all the OG missions had it. Plus, feels like it's got more of a personality. The Mighty Jet is cool and all, but I miss the simpler times sometimes.

If you go for the toy versions, the Mighty Jet will probably offer more play options!

Honestly, neither can compare to a real Lockheed Martin. But if I had to pick from those toys, I'd say the Air Patroller cause it doesn't need fancy powers to be awesome 😂✈️

Mighty jet for sure! more modern and has cooler rescue features as far as the show goes. It represents the whole 'Mighty Pups' theme. the air patroller's classic but the mighty jet's where it's at now

The mighty jet's got some slick features, but in terms of classic appeal, you can't beat the air patroller! Love the sound it makes when taking off! my kids play with the toy version all day lol
