Digging deep into the show, Ryder's leadership is undervalued. Mind you, this kid manages an entire team of pups, coordinates rescue missions, and has some mad tech skills. His emotional intelligence is through the roof as he knows exactly what each pup needs to hear to perform their best. Does Ryder's leadership remind anyone else of great leaders from history or what?

Ryder's leadership is a great role model for kids. He's always calm under pressure, decisive, and shows a lot of empathy – a rare combination even among adults. But let's not forget the writing team behind him who deserves as much praise for crafting such a nuanced and consistent character.

Ryder definitely has some Alexander the Great vibes leading his team into 'battles' to save the day. The way he strategizes and communicates with the pups strikes a chord with some great historic leadership qualities. Really makes you wonder if the show creators took a page out of some history books when they designed his character.
