Just wondering if anyone else thinks Zuma doesn't get as much of the spotlight in the episodes? He’s my fav but feels like he gets sidelined a lot. Need more Zuma-centered episodes!!!

I feel like Zuma's character just doesn't fit into many of the recent storylines. It's not about not liking him, it's more about the structure of the episode plots lately. The whole show has diversified beyond just basic rescues, which means sometimes water-related characters get pushed to the sidelines. But I do agree that they could be more creative and give Zuma storylines that show different sides of him or his abilities.

Here's the thing with Zuma and spotlight. When you look at the dynamics of the team, you've got Chase as the leader, Marshall as comedic relief, and Skye for air rescue. Zuma, while he's got a unique role, doesn't necessarily lend to the variety of emergencies you see in a place like Adventure Bay. His water rescue role comes into play less often. But I do think the writers could come up with some creative stories to feature him. Perhaps a maritime mystery or something that delves into his love for the water. It's just a matter of when the writers decide to focus on him.

YES! Finally, someone says it! Zuma is my absolute fav. He's got that chill surfer dude vibe that's just so endearing. I wanna see an episode where he teaches the other pups to surf, or maybe one where he saves the Adventure Bay surf contest! More Zuma content pls!!! 🏄♂️🌊

Actually, in the grand scheme of the show, each pup gets a fair amount of focus according to mission requirements. But I do understand the sentiment, feels like we haven't had a solid Zuma episode in a while. In earlier seasons, Zuma had more prominent roles since a lot of the adventures were centered around water - he was the go-to pup. Maybe writers are trying to balance it out now with more diverse missions. Either way, would be great to see more Zuma action. 🌊🐶
