Rubble's Growth - From Scaredy Pup to Tough Pup

It's really interesting to see how Rubble's character has grown over the seasons. Remember when he was just a scared little pup in 'Pups Get a Rubble'? And now look at him, full of confidence and always ready to take on a challenge. It's cool to see a kid's show handling character development this well. Thumbs up to the writers, man.

My kids love Rubble! They've been less afraid to try new things because of what they've seen on the show. I'm impressed with how kids' shows are incorporating these growth mindsets. Makes watching it with them all the more enjoyable.

What an arc for Rubble! I usually nitpick shows for lack of continuity, but PAW Patrol nails it. It's rare that a show aimed at pre-schoolers makes such an effort in character development, and yet, here we are. Props to the writers indeed.

Rubble really has come a long way 😍 His fear of spiders in earlier seasons compared to now, it's just day and night. Always makes me smile when the 'tough pup' actually gets to show his soft side, too. It's all about balance.

Rubble tough? Puh-lease, he's a pup on a kids' show. Since when do they need a character arc? lolz

Rubble's my favorite! His gear upgrades over the seasons were so cool! He went from shaky to being super reliable, just shows kids anything's possible with a bit of courage. Love that lil bulldog!

Rubble’s evolution is something, but I think there’s room for more growth. They've done a solid job, but I'd like to see his character handle more leadership roles. Maybe an episode where he has to take charge? Could be a good next step in his character arc, just saying.

Interestingly, Rubble's development mirrors a lot of kids watching the show. They start off unsure and grow more confident over time. His arc is a subtle nod to overcoming fears which is a fantastic lesson for kids. And the addition of his mini-miner cart was a clever twist to showcase his maturity and increased capabilities. Also let's not forget his backstory, abandoned and unsure until Ryder and the team showed him his worth. Great storytelling there!

Yeah, gotta hand it to the writers! Rubble’s journey has been super fun to watch. Didn't think when he started as that scared pup that he’d be like the crew's go-to for construction missions. It’s like he’s a whole different pup now!
