Pro Controller worth it?

Just got my Switch and been using the Joy-Cons. But my hands cramp up after a while. Is the Pro Controller worth the extra cash?

If you're tight on cash, there are third-party controllers that are cheaper and still better for your hands than the Joy-Cons. But if you're all about that official Nintendo life, go for the Pro, it's robust, has a great feel, and is definitely the top choice for comfort.

For games like Splatoon where reaction time and accuracy are key, the Pro Controller is a lifeline. The bigger buttons and better grip make all the difference. Joy-Cons work, but if you're serious about your game, you'll want the Pro.

I'd say stick with the Joy-Cons. Why spend more when you've already got controllers that work? Tried my friend's Pro Controller and didn't notice a massive difference. Might just not be for me.

I waited a year before I caved and bought the Pro Controller. Wish I'd done it sooner, honestly. Makes marathon sessions of Zelda and Mario way more enjoyable. I'd say take the plunge if you've got the extra cash. Won't regret it.

If we're talking hand comfort and long play sessions, Pro Controller is king. Solid build, comfortable to hold, lasts ages on a charge, and it’s got that sweet gyro control too. Plus, it works on PC as well, which is a nice bonus. It's pricier, but for the amount of tech packed into it, I'd say it's worth every penny. Compare it to other platform controllers, and it holds up really well. Go for it!

Eh, it's good but consider if it's really necessary. I manage just fine with the Joy-Cons when I slide them into the grip thing. But I guess if you've got big hands or play a lot of competitive stuff, it could be worth the cash.

Absolutely worth it imo. I had the same issue with the Joy-Cons, my hands would cramp up bad after just 30 mins. Got the Pro Controller and never looked back. The battery life alone is a game changer, not to mention the ergonomic design. Plus, it feels way more durable. If you play a lot of docked mode, do yourself a favor and grab one.
