The delay won't affect much, it's better they take their time than rush an update. As for the saddle, it's a sought-after item. Unfortunately, you can't craft a saddle directly. Your best bet is to either trade for it with Villagers or find it in chests in various locations like dungeons, desert temples, or even while fishing.

Couldn't agree more! There's always so much to do in Minecraft. Exploring new biomes, finding new mobs, inventing new machines, there's never a dull moment. BTW you can't craft a saddle - you gotta find it.

Tbh, a delayed update isn't that much of a problem. They usually delay to ensure the best gaming experience for us. In terms of the saddle, you can't actually craft it. The best way is to find it in a dungeon chest, stronghold, end city or even through fishing. Happy hunting!
