Healthiest Options at McDonald's?

Long-time lurker, first-time poster here! So I'm trying to live a healthier lifestyle, but I can't completely cut McD out of my life (who can, right?). So does anyone have a list of the healthier options in their menu? Appreciate the help everyone!👍

McDonald's connoisseur here, been eating McD every day for 15 years. The healthiest I'd say are the Apple Slices, Hamburger, and the Side Salad. Stick with ketchup or mustard instead of mayo-based sauces. Oh, and for drinks, it's water or nothing.

I dunno, man. I just get a Quarter Pounder with Cheese 'cause it's the best. Doesn't even matter if it's the healthiest, lol.

Worked at McD for 5 years. Grilled chicken is your best bet, try it on the Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad, but make sure to ask for the low fat dressing. Stick with water, unsweetened tea, or black coffee for drinks, and if you're gonna do dessert, the apple pie is less bad than most other stuff.

As a mom, I know how hard it is to balance health and convenience. Definitely go for the Happy Meal with apple slices and milk for the kiddos, and I usually just share their nuggets. Not the healthiest, but better than a whole Big Mac!

Heyyy, I live in the gym but love me some McD too. I usually go for the Egg McMuffin (300 calories) for breakfast. For lunch, the Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich (380 calories) is a good bet. And I'll do the Fruit 'N Yogurt Parfait (150 calories) if I need a sweet fix. Hope that helps!

Dude, if you're gonna eat fast food, might as well go all in. Big Mac, large fries, and a Coke. YOLO!

Nutritionist here. You can't really go wrong with the grilled chicken, either on a salad or in a sandwich. Ditch the mayo and go for mustard if you can. Do the apple slices instead of fries, and a water instead of soda. Remember, portion control is key.
