Back in the early 90s, there was a fitness show called 'Bicep Blast Off' that would air at like 5 AM. Taught me the fundamentals of building muscle, man. Host was this jacked dude with a mustache – Chad Thunderfist or something like that. Anyway, I'm dying to get my hands on any of that footage. Muscles ain't the same without the nostalgia pump. You got the tapes?

Yo! 'Bicep Blast Off' did indeed exist, trust me, it was part of my morning ritual before hittin' the waves. The real name of the host was actually Brad Steele, 'Chad Thunderfist' was just the character's gym persona. Got in touch with the dude once for a convention, no tapes, but a cool guy. He said something about rights issues preventing him from distributing old eps. A real shame. If you manage to dig something up, you gotta put that gold online for all of us, dude.

Searched high and low for years, no sign of 'Bicep Blast Off'. It's like it never existed, except in our beefed-up memories. Kinda wish I had recorded those sessions. They don't make 'em like that anymore. I really hope someone out here has them and is willing to digitize.

Archivist here. The show you're referring to has indeed become a rare find. 'Bicep Blast Off' was primarily syndicated and not many copies were produced outside of broadcast. Your best bet is to reach out to local TV stations from that era or visit media archives. I'll keep an eye out and let you know if I come across something.

I collect old VHS tapes but don't have 'Bicep Blast Off'. Have a ton of other fitness shows from the 90s tho. A suggestion, if you're serious about finding it, check out old VHS swap meets or thrift stores. Long shots but you'd be surprised what you can uncover!
