Started doing some creepy research on those old chain email screamers, u know the ones that end with a face screaming at u?? Found this one called 'Laughing Room' which is about this empty room where the laugh of a kid gets louder and louder. Thing is, the vid ends with a rumored real EVP instead of a scream. Spooky right?? Anyone got more deets on this??

This is fascinating – I maintain a repository of lost digital media. 'Laughing Room' doesn't seem to be among the documented screamers I've encountered. If it does indeed conclude with an EVP, it could have been a small-scale project, possibly a one-off made by an amateur ghost hunter or something. Would need to establish the authenticity of the EVP to gauge the value it holds for both - the lost media and the paranormal communities. Any additional info like file names or associated email chains could help in tracking it down.

Those old email screamers are classics, takes me back. 'Laughing Room' doesn't ring a bell, but these things came and went like ghost stories at a campfire. Real EVP at the end would be something though, back then everything was mixed with urban legends. Gives it that extra spice, you know?

I'm quite deep into the EVP scene and I gotta say, a lot of screamers got nothing on genuine EVP recordings for chills. If 'Laughing Room' has a real one, that's gold for paranormal studies. Can confirm that kid laughter is common in 'haunted' recordings because spirits tend to mimic innocent sounds to draw you in. I'd be super keen on analyzing the audio if someone finds the clip!

oh hey i remember the 'Laughing Room' from years back! pretty obscure even for screamer standards. never found it but i heard it was tied to some ghost hunting forums back in the day. i think some believed the laughter was from an actual haunted location? super creepy if true. def hope someone digs it up!
