Searching for 'The Sound of Silence' Documentary

First post here. I'm searching for a 90's documentary on space called 'The Sound of Silence'. Space stuff always had this eerie yet calming effect on me. thought someone here might've heard of it or knows where to look??

In my professional experience, a lot of these documentaries end up in academic archives or get bundled into collections that get sold to private collectors. Try contacting the International Documentary Association or any society related to space studies; they sometimes have leads on rare film archives. In the meantime, you can also appeal to collectors on social media platforms—Twitter's #LostMedia community may help.

The Sound of Silence is just 90 mins of actual silence. Space is a vacuum, duh, what else were you expecting?

they don’t want us to find it because it's got the truth about space haha, just kidding... or am I? Anyway, look out for 'Silence of Space' sometimes titles get mixed up and that could lead you to what you're looking for. good luck, and keep questioning everything 👽🛸

Hey, I specialize in digging up rare and lost documentaries. 'The Sound of Silence' is quite the gem in lost media circles. Last I heard, a partial copy was circulating in underground trading groups. Check out some of the private torrent sites and keep an eye on the trading forums. Also, there’s a mailing list for lost media enthusiasts; you might want to subscribe. They often discuss finds and leads there.

Space and silence, two of my favorite things! Haven't heard of it but really hope you find it, sounds like something I'd love to watch too lol!

Big fan of obscure documentaries here. 'The Sound of Silence' rings a bell. If it's the one I'm thinking of, then it could be a bit of a deep dive. Sometimes university libraries or local TV stations hold onto these old documentaries. If you’ve got a nearby university, shoot their media department an email. Or even try getting in touch with the original production company or distributor. It's a long shot, but they might help you out!
