Hey fam, been on the trail of this track called 'The Mysterious Song'. Literally no one knows who made it. Got this eerie Cold War vibe, definitely from the 80s. Checked every obscure music forum out there and hit a dead-end. Any lost music buffs got the 411 on this one?

One odd thing, someone mentioned those lyrics could be in English by non-native speakers, which got me thinking maybe it was a university band? A lot of students playing around back then.
