Dude, I totally remember Pogoball! I spent hours with mine in the driveway jumping around like a mad kid. Can't recall the exact jingle, but it definitely had that 'Pogo, Pogo, Pogoball!' line in it. There's an old commercial compilation DVD floating around on eBay that might have the ad you're talking about, but it's a long shot. I'd check YouTube and retro commercial sites too. Someone out there has gotta have it.
