Big news everyone, after years of searching through estate sales and old theater basements, I've finally stumbled upon a complete 35mm print of 'Legend of The Hidden Gold.' This 1957 adventure flick had disappeared after its initial run. The print is in reasonably good shape. Planning a private digitization over the next few months. Hope to share some snippets with fellow lost media enthusiasts soon!

Finally! 'Legend of The Hidden Gold' has been on many lost media lists for ages. As someone who's involved in film restoration professionally, I'd strongly advise getting in contact with a seasoned professional for the scanning process. You'll want to avoid any damage to the film, which can be quite fragile. Also, consider a frame-by-frame restoration, it's painstaking work but so worth it. The color grading on those old films can be tricky, and you'll need to be careful with contrast levels in scenes. Feel free to DM if you need any advice!

Before you digitize, I'd reach out to a film archivist to make sure it's done right. This is a piece of cinema history we're talking about!
