When Royal Mail made a brief rebrand to Consignia, they showed an ad showcasing the rebrand.
The ad began with a postman inside a Royal Mail van, who decides to use paint to paint the van white and remove the Royal Mail sticker. Finally, he would place the Consignia logo. What I remember was that the ad would end here, and there was a slogan called "Consignia. The new Royal Mail." being spoken by Bernard Cribbins (may Bernard rest in peace).
The ad is currently lost.

Archivist here, with access to an extensive database of commercial airings. While I don't have the ad you're looking for, I do have metadata that might help. It looks like the ad aired primarily in the UK during the rebrand period, mostly in the evenings. If you could pinpoint a date range, we could narrow down the search to specific broadcasts that could have featured the ad. Any piece of info helps!

Big advertising buff here. That ad is notorious for how brief Consignia lasted, so not many copies circulated. Interestingly, Bernard Cribbins did voice work for several ads, but this one is like a ghost. Have you checked any marketing or advertising trade mags from that time? Sometimes they had stills or recaps of campaigns. Worth a shot.
