Been with Kmart since the '80s and it's tough seeing all these stores closing down. I've seen them try to reinvent themselves a dozen times but nothing's sticking. The heart of Kmart was community... now it feels like a ghost town. We need some of that old school magic back. Ideas, anyone?

Here's an idea: Vintage collectibles & exclusive Kmart memorabilia. People love collecting stuff from their fave old brands. Also, maybe a collab with some retro brands to get exclusive stuff. Kmart could be the go-to place for a blast from the past kinda thing.

Here's a thought - what if Kmart went local? Like, really invested in community events, local products, maybe even local artists and creators? Imagine going to Kmart not just for stuff but for experiences, y'know? Farmers' market Sundays, live music Saturdays, stuff that gets people in the door for more than just shopping.

As someone who worked there till last year, I can say it’s not just about ideas anymore. There’s just no beating Amazon and Walmart without some major investment. They’d need a complete overhaul, not just a sprinkle of nostalgia. And don’t get me started on the management...

totally feel you on this, the Kmart vibe from back in the day was something else... man we need to have one of those blue light specials again, that'd bring some attention right? and the snack bar, omg! those slushies and popcorn 😩 wish we could turn back time
