Like, I get it, it's not gourmet, but c'mon. The pretzels are as stiff as the shopping carts' wheels. And don't start on the slushies, they're more water than flavor! Used to hit up Kmart for that quick snack fix, but lately? Disappointing. Anyone else feel this or have I just been unlucky?

I've conducted an informal review of Kmart snack bars in three different states, and I can confirm the decline. Pretzels lacked salt and had the consistency of a week-old bagel. The slushies varied slightly but mostly watered down, and don't even get me started on the nacho cheese... lukewarm and taste like plastic. There's potential, but it’s like no one’s trying. Sad to see a once-great institution falter.

Slushie fanatic here! It's not just Kmart tbh, been to a few other stores too and it’s like there’s a slushie epidemic! But if you're up for some DIY, there's a bunch of slushie recipes online that beat any store’s - Kmart could learn a thing or two, just saying.

Honestly, I think it's a corporate thing. Ever since that merger a few years back, seems like the quality's dipped everywhere. I remember when those pretzels used to be so soft, they’d practically melt. Tough break, but hey, still love the deals at Kmart!

Hey, I work at Kmart and I hear ya. It's not that we don't care but sometimes it's just so busy things don't get done right. Rushed pretzels, machines not maintained. We've brought it up to management, so hopefully, they’ll sort it out soon!
