Anybody else having trouble with coupons at Kmart?

Hey all, is anyone else experiencing issues with coupons not scanning at their local Kmart? Get to checkout, they scan the coupon and it... does nothing. Staff were super nice, tried multiple times but just couldn't get it to work. Went home coupon-less and heartbroken. Do I raise a stink about this or take it on the chin?

Look, coupons can be a finicky business sometimes. If it doesn't scan, the barcode might be a mess. Or it could be a system glitch, because let's be honest, technology isn't perfect. You should definitely let them know about it though, might get a goodwill gesture for the trouble!

Often happens due to faulty barcodes or maybe their scanner wasn't properly calibrated. Try using the self-checkout machines next time. If the issue persists, could be a flaw in their system.

If the coupon aint working, I'd just report it to Customer Service. I mean, one less hassle yeah? They usually sort things out for ya.

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear! 😥 It's happened to me too a couple of times! Doesn't it just deflate your happy shopping mood? You can totally call their customer service and tell them about it. Maybe they can tell you what went wrong. Don't feel shy to voice your concerns girl!

Yeah mate, something’s been off with their coupon system. Happened to me last week. I reckon it’s a glitch but who knows? Might wanna try again in a few days.
