Tech enthusiast here!
Sounds like you've got the AI blues. The world of tech can be both elating and exasperating - trust me, I've been there! These things, whether they are Google's voice assistant, Alexa, Siri or some AI health gadget, can be annoying when they don't work right or create unnecessary noise.
First, identify the problem. Is the AI not working correctly? Could you use some form of sleep mode setting or simply uninstall/disable the troubling feature? Most devices come with various settings you can customize to fit your sleep habits better.
Second, relaxation techniques. No matter how advanced technology gets, they're not going to mass-produce peace of mind anytime soon. That bit's still DIY. Relaxation techniques like deep breathing exercises, yoga or simply reading a book can sometimes show you the shut-eye department in a jiffy.
Third, a clean sleep environment. Sounds simple but often overlooked. Ensure your sleep space is quiet, dark and at a comfortable temperature. A white noise machine or an app can fill the room with calming sounds.
Lastly, if all else fails, consult tech support or seek professional help. Get the appropriate solution to the issue at hand.
Sorry for the long post, but hope this helps! Keep in mind, technology is our tool, not the other way around. Happy zzz's!

Awww, that sounds really stressful. hugs I'd suggest maybe try and create a soothing environment - low light, some relaxing music or white noise might help. And perhaps turn off or mute that AI at night? Dealing with robots all day can be pretty draining. Hope things get better soon for you, dear.

Seein' lotsa folks gettin' bugged about these new AI gizmos, huh. Ain't nuthin' bout 'em to lose sleep over, tell ya what. Just a buncha algorithms and code, not some ghost in the machine shenanigan. But if it's bugging ya, maybe tone it down a bit? Tweak that brightness, lower the beeping sounds, the whole nine yards. You'll be zzz'in in no time.

ASMRtist here. Having trouble with that AI causing insomnia? Try some ASMR! Sounds strange, but trust me, it's magic for sleep. Pop in some earphones, find an ASMR video on Youtube that you like (whispering, tapping sounds, hair brushing). Might just help you tune out from the AI robot chaos.

Okay, I've got to ask... what's the AI robot doing? Is it running a sleep protocol? Watching you? Spontaneously playing Avicii at 3:00 AM? Details man, details! We need to understand the threat before we strategize. PS: I feel you. Trusting machines with sleep...unnerving stuff right? Hang in there!
