That sounds terrifying 😰. What if you try listening to some relaxing music or ASMR videos? Like those with soft rain sounds or forest sounds. It might help take your mind off the skittering shadows.

Back in my day, a glass of warm milk and a good book would do the trick. Not sure about now with all these crazy gadgets. But seriously son, get yourself checked. Prolonged sleep deprivation is no joke.

So you're the one keeping all the sheep jobless, huh? In all seriousness, get some medical advice bud, and maybe lay off the caffeine.

If you've been up for three days you need medical attention. This is beyond typical insomnia and is called acute sleep deprivation. It's not safe and you should seek help ASAP.

Dude, you need to see a doc. This isn't normal and can be really bad for your health. Don't mess around with it. You need sleep.

been there man, it's hell. try some white noise in the background, or maybe some sleepytime tea. sometimes it's just a matter of finding what works for you, don't give up.

I've been fighting this demon for so long that 'insomnia' is my middle name now. Countless sleepless nights and spending my days like a zombie. But you know what, it gets easier. You learn to fight it, develop your own coping mechanisms. Herbal tea or warm milk before bed, an evening walk, a strict sleep schedule. You find what works for you. And remember, you're not alone in this. Not by a long shot.

Look, insomnia's a rough gig. Trust me, been battling it for years. There's no one-size-fits-all solution but there's a few things you can try. You may want to start with reducing caffeine, improving your sleep environment, or even meditation or mindfulness exercises. It's a slow process but hang in there, buddy.

Same here, bro. It's like we're living in a constant nightmare. TVs and phones don't help either.
