I've been fighting this demon for so long that 'insomnia' is my middle name now. Countless sleepless nights and spending my days like a zombie. But you know what, it gets easier. You learn to fight it, develop your own coping mechanisms. Herbal tea or warm milk before bed, an evening walk, a strict sleep schedule. You find what works for you. And remember, you're not alone in this. Not by a long shot.
