Hello. I understand your struggle, it seems like you've tried a lot of common advice already. You should consider seeking professional help if it continues. Yeah, it's not the fun answer, but chronic sleep issues can have a lasting effect on your health. It's worth getting it checked. Sleep clinics or telehealth services for sleep disorders may be of use.

Oh, just another night of existential dread, huh? Try getting a job as a nocturnal security guard. Embrace the insomnia, become one with the moon! 🌝

I know it sounds silly, but have you tried bedtime stories for adults? There are some great podcasts out there like Sleepy, which reads old books, or Nothing much happens; bedtime stories for grown-ups, where the stories are meant to be boring to help you fall asleep. It's something that's helped me quite a bit in the past.

Ever heard of guided meditation or ASMR? There's ton of free videos on YouTube that you could try out. Some of them really do work wonders. Keep trying different things, frustrating as it is, something's gotta work.

Hey, relatively new to the sub but I've been struggling with sleep myself. Someone suggested a weighted blanket to me recently. Apparently it helps replicate a hug or something. Worth a shot maybe?

Hey, just read your post. I've had insomnia for years, and it's brutal. I've found that the key thing for me was creating a routine that associated bedtime with relaxation. I started an evening routine which includes reading a book in dim light, drinking herbal tea (like chamomile), and moving slowly to physically signify to my body that it's time to sleep. Maybe you can try an evening routine that soothes you before you try to sleep. Best of luck buddy!

Man, I feel ya. Have you tried using white noise or binaural beats? They somehow help me sometimes when my brain just won't turn off. Good luck dude, hope you catch some zzz's soon.
