Just curious, what's the longest flight y'all have ever been on? I just found out about Singapore to Newark, and that's like almost 19 hours 😱. Can't decide if I'd love or hate being on a plane that long. Anyone here actually done it?

As someone who’s constantly hopping time zones, those long flights are a bit of a necessary evil. Best advice is to get on the destination's time asap. It helps with the jet lag big time. Make the best of it: work, watch movies, read, sleep... People seem to dislike them but I secretly enjoy being unreachable in the air.

Ah, Singapore Airlines SQ22, quite the legendary route. It's one of the longest commercial flights in the world, covering about 9,500 miles. For the truly longest, you'll want to look at Project Sunrise by Qantas – they're planning direct flights from Sydney to London. We're talking about potentially 20+ hours non-stop. It's all about the ultra-long-range aircraft being developed, like the A350-1000 ULR. These flights aren't for everyone, but they cut down on travel time significantly which can be a big plus for business travelers.

Did the 16+ hr flight from Dallas to Sydney once and it was intense. Watched like 6 movies back-to-back and still had hours to go 😂 Bring a good neck pillow and all the entertainment you can. But honestly, when else can you just chill with no interruptions for that long? It's kinda cool tbh.
