Spent the last two weeks testing every mod on the Elegy Retro Custom, and I'm finally ready to claim I've built the best ride in all of Los Santos. Here's how ya can do it too.
Engine: Upgrade this bad boy to Level 4 for max purr. Brakes: Go with Race Brakes for stopping on a dime. Transmission: Get the Race Transmission for slicker shifts. Suspension: Drop it low with Competition Suspension. Turbo: Install the Turbo Tuning coz no turbo, no talk.
As for the aesthetics, it's all you, but I slapped on a custom Crew color that glows at night like you wouldn't believe. Carbon skirts and spoilers for that track look & feel. Can't forget about those neon kits to light up the roads.
Remember, it ain't just about looks; how it feels when you're flooring down Vinewood Blvd is what separates the amateurs from the pros. Happy customizing, fam!

This is what I'm talking about, full send on the Elegy Retro. Mod it till it breaks, am I right? You skipped tire choice though—Don't tell me you're still running stock tires? Gotta get those custom tires with bulletproof upgrades, makes a heck of a difference when you accidentally clip traffic because someone didn't know what a signal is in a race. Keep burning rubber, brother!

Elegy Retro brings back so many memories, props for doing it justice! But honestly, I'd go easy on the engine mods, save some cash for other rides maybe. And hey, Los Santos Customs might love you but my bank account ain’t that generous. Got any tips for budget customizing?

Nice rundown, though you might want to clarify if the difference in quarter mile times between Level 4 Engine and the previous levels justifies the cash splash for everyone. Some racers might get better return on investment mastering driving techniques rather than pouring all their money into that last engine upgrade. Any stats on your lap times with/without the final upgrade? Data is king.

All these mods and no mention of the classics. The Elegy Retro Custom ain't about turbo and speed, it's about style and nostalgia. Kids these days, slap on turbo and think their ride's the bomb. You gotta respect the classic lines, the stock purity. It's about cruising, not just about rushing from red light to red light. Keep it clean, keep it classic, keep it real.

That Crew color sounds sick! Got any pics? Also, what about underglow? I can never decide on the right color for neons. Someone told me to match it to the paint job but idk, green always looks cool to me. First mod I ever did was neon lights haha, guess I like the show more than the go 🤣

Race Brakes over Sports Brakes? Interesting choice. Anyway, I see you're all in for performance but let's talk about weight reduction. You missed out on mentioning any weight mods. You've got to strip that interior to really feel the G's in those tight corners. And btw, which turbo are you using? Some say there's a hidden difference between the stock turbo and the Dyno-blast Turbo Upgrade.

Dude, nice work on the Elegy Retro Custom. I've been tweakin' mine for a while now but never settled on anything. Gotta say the Race Transmission is a must, night and day difference. Did you mess with the wheels though? Feel like the right tires make a massive difference in handling, especially when you're cornering like crazy. Might give that Crew color a try too, sounds epic!
