Mine is: non-accessible buildings. Even famous chains and fast food restaurants do this on GTA V.

I've always thought they missed a big opportunity for in-depth environmental interaction. Imagine businesses with actual economic impacts or buildings you could purchase and customize. They could have an in-game real estate market. Imagine the roleplay potential! All the AI routines that could be affected and the new side missions. Almost feels like there's an entire layer of city life that's just... static wallpaper right now.

The lack of interiors has been a gripe since release. Even though it's a hardware limitation thing, it does break the immersion. Imagine dynamic heists on stores, more indoor shootouts. Would've been epic for sure.

When you've planned a heist perfectly but one random decides to go John Rambo inside the bank and gets everyone blasted. Coordination, people, it's not that hard!

The handling of some of the sports cars bugs me to no end. You'd think they could make them handle like the actual cars they're modeled after, but nope. Sometimes feels like driving on ice!

Worst things? Hmmm. Probably when you're setting up for the perfect heist and some rando crashes into your getaway car right outside the bank. Scripted chaos is fun; real player chaos is just annoying.

Honestly, the worst things in GTA V for me have to be the griefers in Oppressor Mk II's hovering around waiting to blow you up for no reason. It's like, can't even enjoy a cruise around the city without watching your back every second.
