Hi everyone! New here and trying to make a killer smoothie bowl for breakfasts. Would love some combo ideas that don't need rare superfoods or cost a fortune. What's your go-to recipe?

I focus on protein and fiber to keep me full. I use Greek yogurt as my base, blend it with some frozen berries, half a banana, and a scoop of protein powder - chocolate flavor wins for me. Top it with homemade oat granola for crunch and throw on whatever fruit is in season. I like to add a few dark chocolate shavings sometimes for the antioxidants... and because it’s chocolate, who needs another reason?

I'm all about that green life. Here's a tip: Freeze your greens before blending! Mix frozen spinach, frozen avocado for creaminess, a ripe banana for sweetness, and a splash of oat milk. If you got some pea protein, throw it in there. Top it off with pumpkin seeds, goji berries (if you have them), sliced bananas, and a handful of your favorite granola.

Okay here’s what you gotta do. Start with the base: I do a cup of frozen cauliflower (steam it first then freeze for creaminess, trust me!), half a zucchini (also frozen), a handful of frozen blueberries for the antioxidants, and some plant-based milk—cashew is super creamy. For protein, add a spoon of nut butter and some hemp seeds. Now the best part: toppings! Go nuts—literally. Almonds, coconut flakes, cacao nibs for that chocolatey touch. And fruit! Kiwi, more berries, whatever’s seasonal. Maybe a sprinkle of cinnamon? Heaven in a bowl!

My fave smoothie bowl is super simple! Just blend bananas, frozen mixed berries, a splash of almond milk, and a scoop of vanilla protein powder. Top it off with some granola, sliced bananas, a drizzle of peanut butter, and a few chia seeds. Filling, healthy, and no crazy ingredients!
