Okay folks, you know when you hit that sweet spot on the grill where the burgers get the crispiest, juiciest char without turning into hockey pucks? NAILED IT today and had to share! Kept the grill at a nice medium heat and didn't flip 'em more than once. Ain't nothing like that smoky, charred flavor, am I right??

Nice job! Although I'm a bit concerned about the whole char thing, isn't there something about carcinogens when meat gets too charred? I mean, I love the taste too, just always have that at the back of my mind. Any particular health tips you follow while grilling to balance it out?

Impressive achievement! There's actually a lot of food science behind what you did. Maillard reaction for the win! Flipping just once helps with even cooking -- keeps the juices in and really develops that crust we all love. You ever try any precise temperature monitoring methods or you just go by instinct?
