I'm just sayin', the series ain't the same without Funky's Flights as a regular feature. Flying around in that barrel plane was the bomb, and I miss it! The shop's cool and all but come on, nothing beats pickin' your next level from the sky. #BringBackFunkyFlights

Y'know, from a game design perspective, Funky's Flights could still work. With all the tech we have today, think about a dynamically generated series of islands you could explore, with Easter eggs tied to every corner of the Donkey Kong lore. Implementing it would bring back that explorative thrill many of us miss. A nod to the past while creating something fresh.

Considering the evolution of platformers and DK games in general, Funky's Flights might feel a bit dated to bring back. Sure, it was a charming feature, but today's open-world games have set a high bar. The series should innovate, not just look back.
