It was born in 1990 and then closed. It eventually came back as Artsworld, which was much better. The original Sky Arts sucked. They only showed programmes from the now defunct BSB channel Now. The later version was much better, focusing on, you guessed it, arts.
All of them should be defunct. WHAT SHOULD YOU INCLUDE: 1. Granada channels 2. BSB channels 3. BSkyB channels
They are awful. Even worse, they still exist on YouTube. Glad Top Gear is on Britbox.
I remember they played the National Anthem after showing a clock. They showed either a single image, multiple images (a slideshow), or footage. They also used this for BFBS (aka SSVC).
£1 per call to guess the obvious answer, genius! Cant believe folks fell for that. Also, Quizmania, Jet Set 2012 (wtf even was that show?!), The Mint, Glitterball... absolute TV gold!* 😉
Just heard about the renaming of UKTV People to 'Blighty' . Again, Why? UKTV People had a great mix of lifestyle and reality shows (Top Gear repeats anyone?) but nah, rebrand it to a channel that just didn't make sense. Blighty, supposed to celebrate modern British life, ended up showing …
Ok, just stumbled across this show called 'Loose Women' and heard it originally started on Granada Breeze. Never heard of it . Did anyone actually watch it? Wikipedia aint kind! lol

Finished me homework quick for that one! Man, Takeshi's Castle was the madness. Can still hear Craig Charles' voice! XD
For those of us growing up in late 90's and early 2000's in the UK, Trouble TV was the go-to channel for our daily dose of American sitcoms and youth-oriented programs. Starting off as part of The Children's Channel, Trouble focused on kids aged 12-17 and was hugely popular with …
They used to air on Sky and Freeview.
These were the channels that everyone used to watch instead of QVC in the UK.
All of their channels sucked. Even though they sucked I liked them.
It was the best Welsh TV channel I watched. But I'm sad it died.
It was much better than Dave.
I heard of it. It was on Sky.
