Dunno if its just me, but Kirkland toilet paper quality going down?

Yo guys, been buying Kirkland TP for years now, but in this last batch it feels different... Like they've cut corners or something. Rolls seems skinnier and paper doesn't feel as soft. Anyone else notice this?

Oh don't get me started! Not just the TP, but even the laundry detergent's gone downhill. I'm seriously considering cancelling my membership!

Felt it too mate... thinner and rougher. Can't say I'm happy.

Really? I just switched to Kirkland, didn't know it was ever different. Doesn't seem so bad to me. Sure beats a lot of pricer options I've tried.

Yup picked up on it too, but it's Costco, y'know? Can't beat the prices and the packages still last forever. I'm not thrilled but I'm sticking with Kirkland.

Indeed, I've noticed a clear degradation in quality over the last couple of months. The Kirkland brand was always my go-to, but the last batch was disappointing. The rolls are visibly less 'full' and the texture of the paper itself is simply not up to par. Might have to start experimenting with other brands. A damn shame.

lol, though you were kidding but checked my stash and gotta agree with you. Seems like the Kirkland TP fairy cut back on the fluff this year. 😅

Hmm, I don't think you're alone in this. I've been picking up on subtle changes in a few Kirkland products myself. Like you said, the TP seems to have thinner rolls and definitely feels less plush. Could be due to supply chain stuff, like they're struggling to find the same quality material or maybe they're actually cost-cutting. Hard to say without more info.
