Just switched to being vegetarian - best meat substitute for a full English?

Afternoon all, recently made the switch to vegetarian. Still can't quite let go of my traditional full English on a Sunday, but obviously need to opt for the meat-free version. Anyone got any recommendations for the best meat substitute for the iconic brekkie sausage? Cheers!
