So my daughters have been in a fierce debate: CoComelon or CBeebies? They've got me in a real pickle here. I've watched so much Hey Duggee and Baby Jake that I think I might prefer it over CoComelon now... has CBeebies converted anyone else?

Mate, embrace the debate, it's all healthy kiddo development 😝 CBeebies has a show for every mood though, educational AND funny, whilst CoComelon is like... tune after tune. I caught myself humming 'The Potato Song' the other day, send help.

It's fascinating, really. If you look at the educational value and the content calibre, CBeebies tends to offer more substance than CoComelon, which leans heavily on the repetition of songs and nursery rhymes. This can be beneficial for language acquisition, but CBeebies presents a broader spectrum of learning opportunities, often incorporating themes on emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and social skills. Hey Duggee, for instance, has been praised for its approach to teaching children about the importance of teamwork and earning badges, which can be paralleled with real-life achievements.

CBeebies all the way, mate. The shows are just so much more chill. CoComelon's great for the lil bops and catchy songs that haunt you at 2am, but CBeebies has that variety and quality. Bing Bunny and Hey Duggee have actual plots! Plus, you can't beat the bedtime stories. Some legit celebs reading there!

Ha, I've been there! Our house used to be all about CoComelon, but then my little one discovered Sarah & Duck, and there's no turning back. CBeebies has such a variety of shows that I find myself getting weirdly invested in the plotlines. Plus, I feel like they're more educational? Idk, but we're Team CBeebies over here now. It just happened!
