Okay, dudes, listen up. I've made this delicious ‘veggie’ lasagna the other day that as a total bait-and-switch. So, here's my step-by-step rundown.
surprise meaty ingredient (will reveal soon, heh)
Let’s Cook! First, preheat ya oven to 375℉. Boil the lasagna noodles.
Veggies Cut up those veggies and pan-fry ‘em lightly. This is where you pull your magic trick. Toss in some finely chopped bacon. Veggies in the veggie lasagna? Nope, BAM! Bacon!.
Lasagna Layer Put a layer of noodles down in a baking dish, then layer of marinara sauce, then cooked veggie/bacon mix, then shredded cheese. Repeat until you run out of ingredients.
Bake it Shove it in the oven for 35 minutes or until golden. Let it cool then serve.
There ya go, your ultimate guide to veggie lasagna that isn't that veggie. A perfect bait-and-switch recipe. Enjoy!

Lol! Love the Bait-and-Switch theme, man! That's some underhanded kitchen trickery. Tried your recipe, absolutely delish! I added some smoked paprika and a splash of red wine in the sauce, gave it a nice extra depth. My vegetarian guests didn't appreciate the surprise bacon but the carnivores in the group were thrilled. 10/10 would trick guests again!
