Bring Back Daylight Savings!

Look, I know some people don't care, but let's be real - the vibe was different when daylight savings kicked in. Extra daylight meant more time at the beach after school, more backyard cricket with the family, and more lazy arvos that just felt like they stretched on forever. Not sure why folks whinge about it...just straight-up good times if you ask me.

Ya know, Daylight Savings was a way to make the most of the sunlight back in the day. More time outside was a plus in my book. Funny how some traditions don't last.

Why would anyone complain about lazy Sundays that feel longer? More time for books, naps, and just chillin' without feeling rushed. It was perfect!

Maaaate, more beach hours meant better surfing sessions. Used to hit the waves after school and still have time to chill as the sun set. Pure bliss.

Kids these days wouldn't last an hour in real summer cricket, lol. You all complain when it's there about getting up too early. Make up your minds!

Yes!! Bring back that extra hour. Whatever happened to that extra golden light that made afternoons feel magical? And remember the BBQs? It was a whole vibe. 🏖️

Honestly, the late arvo sun just hit different. I remember every arvo was a chance to squeeze in one more game of backyard cricket. Don't know why we ditched it.
