Every show's got that one character everybody loves to hate, and for me, it's DW. Loud, annoying, and downright bratty. Change my mind (if you can, which I doubt). #TeamArthur

Interesting point. But, from a character design perspective, DW serves as an archetype in family-oriented storytelling—the trickster sibling. She pushes the main character, Arthur, to grow. Yes, she's bratty at times, but it's an intentional choice that serves the plot and reflects real family dynamics.

As a mom, I appreciate DW. She can be bratty, yes, but the show doesn't shy away from consequences. It's a good vehicle for teaching about sibling relationships, dealing with tough emotions, and empathy. Every time Arthur gets frustrated with her, it's a learning moment for the kids watching.

Remember though, DW is just a character designed to portray younger sibling dynamics. She represents the challenges older siblings face and the show does a good job in showing how Arthur learns patience and understanding. It's an important part of character development that many kids and parents can relate to.
