Why Binky is the most underrated character

Binky might seem like a tough guy but episodes like 'Big Brother Binky' show how much depth he really has. He's kind, caring, and his character development is honestly top-notch. Can we give more love to Binky?!

Binky Barnes is a walking poem. A facade of strength veiling a gentle soul seeking harmony in a boisterous world. 'Big Brother Binky' nurtures the viewer's empathy, revealing layers of a character that, in many narratives, would remain flat. Proving, indeed, in Elwood City, everyone's a story, everyone's a song. #BinkyPoetry

Someone start a 'We Love Binky' club already 😂 Seriously tho, dude goes from borderline bully to big bro goals. And that episode where he learns not to judge by appearances—classic! Plus his allergies, like who else would make being allergic to peanuts endearing?

Meh, Binky's alright, but I think there's too much fuss about his 'depth'. He's not the only character that's well developed, why not talk about Brain or Sue Ellen? They've had some solid episodes too.

You know what, you're right! I saw 'Big Brother Binky' again recently, and it hit different as an adult. It's amazing how a kid's show could tackle such real-life issues and still be entertaining. That's some quality content right there.

Let's talk about Binky's contribution to the representation of young artists in media. Not only does he showcase depth in his personal development, which is expertly scripted throughout the series, but his passion for the clarinet brings a nuanced depiction of artistic pursuits in young children. This, combined with episodes that explore his fear and eventual acceptance of ballet, offers a compelling narrative against gender norms in the arts. Binky is a masterclass in character writing, truly.

ehh i guess binky's ok if u like that sorta character. honestly, i think dw steals the show every time. she has way more sass and her one-liners? iconic. but sure, binky can be cool, i admit.

Binky's always been one of my faves since I was little. It's so cool seeing him go from a school bully to a complex character. I think his dynamic with the other kids, like in the music episodes, is super underrated too.

YES!! 🙌 Binky is totally underrated. His rep as the tough guy covers up how multifaceted he really is. Was so touched by the episode where he adopted his baby sister from China. Shows kids that being tough on the outside doesn't mean you can't have a big heart. #BinkyDeservesMoreLove
